1. Who we are

This policy is issued by Metamorphic Holdings LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Metamorphic”, “we”), for the website metamorphicholdings.com. It does not cover Tócambio (tocambio.com), which has its own privacy policy, or any other application you reach by leaving this site.

2. Information we collect

We collect information only when you give it to us or when your browser sends it in the ordinary course of loading a page.

  • Contact information you enter in our enquiry form or send to S.K.Y.E. for a transcript: name, email address, company, country and region, phone number if you provide it, and your message.
  • Application information you submit through the crew application form: name, email, phone, position sought, experience summary and your résumé.
  • S.K.Y.E. conversations: the messages you type and the assistant’s replies, together with the name and email address you enter before starting a conversation.
  • Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested and the time of the request, as received by our servers and by the network provider that sits in front of them. For enquiry-form submissions we store a one-way hash of the IP address and the browser identifier to detect abuse; we do not store the IP address itself.

We do not collect payment information, precise location, or any information from advertising or analytics services, because we do not use any.

3. How we use information

  • To respond to enquiries and route them to the relevant division.
  • To assess crew applications and contact applicants. Applications are first read by an automated screening tool that runs on our own systems and suggests follow-up questions; a person reads every application and makes every decision.
  • To operate S.K.Y.E. and to send you a transcript when you ask for one.
  • To operate, secure and troubleshoot the website, including rate limiting and abuse prevention.
  • To keep business records of enquiries and correspondence.
  • To comply with law and to establish or defend legal claims.

4. S.K.Y.E.

S.K.Y.E. is Metamorphic’s digital assistant. It is software, not a person. When you use it, the messages you type are sent to technology service providers used to operate the assistant, including AI model providers, which process them to generate a reply. Conversations are stored on systems we control so that we can follow up on enquiries, review the assistant’s answers and improve it. We keep conversations for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Please do not enter confidential, commercially sensitive or personal information into S.K.Y.E. unless it is needed to answer your question. If you want to reach a person, email us directly.

5. Service providers

We use a small number of providers who process information on our behalf and under contract: a network security and delivery provider that fronts the website; an email delivery provider for enquiry, application and transcript emails; AI model providers used to operate S.K.Y.E.; and Claymore & Colt Holdings LLC, which hosts this website and its database on infrastructure it operates and licenses the WDDP, Tócambio and S.K.Y.E. platforms to Metamorphic. Emails from this site are sent from a claymoreandcolt.com address. These providers may only use the information to provide their services to us.

6. Sale and sharing

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose it only to the service providers above, to professional advisers under confidentiality, and where the law requires.

7. Cookies and browser storage

This site does not use advertising cookies, analytics, or tracking pixels. It uses: browser storage to remember your light or dark theme choice; session storage to remember the name and email you gave S.K.Y.E. until you close the tab; and, for partners and staff who are given access to restricted pages, an httpOnly cookie that keeps that access for 14 days. Because we do not track visitors across sites, the site does not respond differently to “Do Not Track” signals.

8. Retention

Crew applications are kept while a position is open and for up to 24 months afterward so that we can contact you about future crews. Enquiries and S.K.Y.E. conversations are kept for up to 24 months. Correspondence is kept as long as needed for the matter it relates to. We delete sooner on request unless we need the information to meet a legal obligation.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the information we hold, including encrypted connections, access controls on our systems and rate limiting on public forms. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure and we do not guarantee security.

10. Your choices and rights

You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. We provide these options to everyone who uses the site, whether or not a particular privacy law applies to you, and we will not treat you differently for asking. Where a law such as the California Consumer Privacy Act applies to you and to us, you have the rights it provides and may exercise them through the same address.

11. Children

This site is for businesses and professionals and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

12. Where information is processed

We are a United States company and process information in the United States. Our service providers may process information in the United States and in other countries where they operate.

13. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Material changes will be noted on this page.
