[ HOW WE WORK ]
One facilitated trade, from the first call to settlement between the principals.
01 · ENQUIRY
Commodity, specification, volume, Incoterms, destination and payment structure. The requirement is loaded into Tócambio and a deal is created. Seller and buyer are talking to us, not yet to each other.
02 · VERIFICATION
KYC on both principals in Tócambio: sanctions, corporate registry and adverse media. Level-3 due diligence through STRIKE where the transaction warrants it. No introduction until both clear.
03 · THE DEAL
Terms, documents and inspection requirements in the Tócambio deal room, with protected disclosure until both sides are ready. The principals are introduced and contract with each other.
04 · LOADING
From the refinery, terminal or farm to the loading port. Product inspected, quantity and quality documented, shipping documents raised.
05 · VOYAGE
Documents, insurance and inspection follow the cargo. Both sides can see where it is and what it is.
06 · DISCHARGE
Discharge at the destination port, quantity and quality confirmed against the contract, cargo into the buyer’s tanks or stores.
07 · SETTLEMENT
Contract, title and funds pass between buyer and seller under their own agreement. Metamorphic facilitated the trade and is not a party to it.

Beyond standard screening, commissioned Level-3 counterparty due diligence is delivered on STRIKE — the counterparty-intelligence platform by our partner Claymore & Colt.
