These terms govern your use of metamorphicholdings.com (the “site”), operated by Metamorphic Holdings LLC (“Metamorphic”, “we”). By using the site you accept them. If you do not, do not use the site. Separate terms apply to Tócambio and to any platform or document you access under a written agreement with us.
The site describes Metamorphic and its divisions. Nothing on it is an offer, solicitation or commitment of any kind, including an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy securities, carbon credits or commodities; a drilling or services contract; a partnership, joint venture or alliance; or an engagement of Metamorphic in any professional capacity. Transactions and engagements occur only under definitive written agreements.
Site content and S.K.Y.E. responses are general information. They are not legal, investment, tax, financial or engineering advice, and they are not operational instructions for well work. They do not replace the judgment of qualified professionals and the requirements of applicable standards and regulations.
S.K.Y.E. is a digital assistant. Its responses are generated automatically using AI technology and may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Do not rely on a response for a commercial, financial, legal, engineering, safety-critical or investment decision without verifying it independently. S.K.Y.E. cannot make commitments on Metamorphic’s behalf. Use of S.K.Y.E. is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

METAMORPHIC and the Metamorphic division names are used by Metamorphic. WDDP (the Well Drilling & Decommissioning Platform), Tócambio and S.K.Y.E. are products of Claymore & Colt Holdings LLC, licensed to Metamorphic; their names, methodology, manuals, templates and software remain Claymore & Colt’s. You may view and print pages for your own reference. No other license is granted, and nothing on the site may be reproduced, distributed or used to build a competing product without written permission.
The site links to sites and platforms we do not operate, including tocambio.com and LinkedIn, and some restricted pages load data from public mapping services. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information. Their terms govern your use of them.
You agree not to: access areas of the site you are not authorized to access or attempt to circumvent access controls; interfere with the site’s operation or security; introduce malicious code; scrape or bulk-collect content; misuse the enquiry form, application form or S.K.Y.E., including by submitting false information or impersonating another person; or use the site for any unlawful purpose. We may restrict access to protect the site.
The site and S.K.Y.E. are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that the site will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or withdraw content at any time. Third-party figures on the site are estimates from public sources.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Metamorphic and its members, officers, employees and licensors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or opportunity, arising from your use of the site or S.K.Y.E. or from reliance on their content. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to USD 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
If you misuse the site in breach of section 8 and a claim is brought against Metamorphic as a result, you will cover the reasonable costs and losses that misuse causes.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about the site is brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in this section takes away protections that the law of your own place of residence gives you and does not allow to be waived.
We may revise these terms. The effective date above shows the current version. Continued use of the site after a revision is acceptance of the revised terms.
If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and Metamorphic about the site. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
