WDDP

Well Drilling & Decommissioning Platform

One stage-gated engine that runs both well drilling and well decommissioning — delivery plan and safety case in one system. Operators, contractors, and alliances rent access to run their own programs.

[ One framework ]

Four things, joined into one system

Two applications, one engine. You swap the activity library, not the system. Drilling and decommissioning run the same way.

One activity catalog

Every activity defined once — purpose, inputs, deliverable, checklist, RACI.

One safety case

A controlled SMS mapped to SASISOPA, ISO 45001, and the IADC HSE Case — linked to each activity.

One probabilistic AFE

Time and cost as P10 / P50 / P90, tracked daily against actuals.

One stage-gated process

Phases with gates from setup to close-out — the same engine for drilling and decom.

[ ONE ENGINE ]

WDDP

Delivery plan and safety case in one stage-gated system. Swap the activity library, not the system.

[ How it is built ]

Three layers, one source of truth

1

Controlled content

Governed documents — policies, procedures, activity libraries, the safety management system — numbered, revision-controlled, auditable.

2

Digital delivery

Every controlled document rendered online — change the source and the tablet view in the doghouse stays in sync.

3

WDDP engine

A live board that runs the process — each activity card opens its plan, cost line, barrier status, and governing safety document.

[ Rent access ]

Run your own program on the platform

Operators, contractors, and alliances license WDDP to run their own well-delivery or decommissioning programs.

Proven first on Metamorphic's own drilling and decommissioning work — the framework is the proof, not a promise. Currently in build.

IP & ownership

WDDP — the Well Drilling & Decommissioning Platform, its methodology, manuals, RACI and templates — is the proprietary product of Claymore & Colt Holdings LLC, licensed to Metamorphic Holdings.

Standards

Engineered to the strictest applicable standard — the manuals cite their sources clause by clause across NORSOK, API, ISO 45001, the IADC HSE Case, and SASISOPA. Where requirements conflict, the most stringent applies.
